Brooklinen Down Alternative Pillow

I've loved Brooklinen for years and recommended them to so many friends and family, however it's time for me to switch to a new brand. They're quality of the products has gone down hill. About a year or so ago I bought a new duvet cover, and within the first couple washes I had to resew almost all the buttons on it because they kept falling off. I figured it was a fluke because I never had that problem with the older ones I'd bought. A few weeks ago I bought 2 down alternative plush pillows - the same ones I've bought in the past - and these were super flat. There's absolutely zero support and feels like you're not even sleeping on a pillow. I went online to exchange them for the mid plush but saw they had a $9. 95 fee per return, which is even more frustrating. I know I should have read the return policy before purchasing, but since I've bought these exact ones before I didn't know there would be an issue. If you're considering pillows, I would avoid the plush. I still love my sheets and comforter, but I'll be looking elsewhere when it's time to replace.
