I wish this had worked - it would have made Thanksgiving much easier. I followed the directions for cooking a turkey - mine was well below the size limit. When the recommended cooking time has passed, I lifted the lid and while the legs and thighs were brown, the upper part of the turkey was not at all brown. This required taking sides out of the oven to put the turkey in to try to brown. This was not successful. While the turkey did not look great, the meat was cooked and juicy. I returned the pan.
