Macy's Women's Birthstone Gemstone & Diamond Accent Heart 18" Pendant Necklace

I was very pleased with this sterling silver sapphire birthstone heart necklace. The silver heart has a nice shine & the design style catches the light. The sapphire is lab created, but it is a beautiful deep blue color. The stone is heart shaped & is a nice size (not tiny). It is also “stationary” within the larger heart (it does not move/swing independently). It would make a very nice gift.
