CanvasChamp Personalized Photo Album Book

After waiting nearly a month for shipment to arrive, it came (from overseas) wrapped in plastic, and a bit beat up. Corners were damp. Book cover was smeared with gunk, and each page also has smears and marks. The glue holding the pages in has already started coming apart. My only praise is your Customer Service crew. They get gold stars. Photo quality is good, but unfortunately, that's all I can say.
