I purchased the IQ Air HealthPro Plus a couple years ago. Purchased because other family member was pleased with theirs and I wanted a quality unit for a couple of rooms in my house. Overall, I have been very pleased with the actual functionality and results of the device. I believe it is properly doing what it is supposed to do, what I expected. I have come to the point of replacing filters. I knew they are expensive to replace, but chose to purchase original product replacement filters regardless. Upon completing replacement of the initial base filter, I receive as error when attempting to reset the filter replacement information on the electronic pad. The error I receive is ‘no permission’. It will not reset the filter replacement notifications and I can’t work around the no permission error. I have tried the manual, no info on that error. I tried calling and of course its a weekend when I’m doing this chore and they are only available during the week. The IQ Air online chat is no help, after about eight minutes, it couldn’t offer a solution other than I call for support! All worthless results for what should be a simple solution! HORRIBLE, WORTHLESS SUPPORT from a company for such expensive devices and parts!
