I received another otem, not the camera I bought. My husband didn´t know so he brought me the package tp Cozumel, and here I am with a camera that is not the one I bought. Besides of that the instrictions are in German and I can't get into the website with the QR. I DON´T KNOW WHERE TO CLAIM MY PURCHASE WHEN IGO BACK TO THE U.S.A.! I also bought some items for the camera that now are useless!

This camera is so small and lightweight. It comes with a waterproof case, but in order to take pictures and video you'll need to provide your own 64 GB micro SD card. It comes with a variety of attachments so you can attach it to your helmet, hand, bike, or just about anywhere using the clip. It also comes with a spare battery.

This camera definitely has a learning curve. Assuming you have no experience with similar products, it takes a bit to get used to the controls. The power button controls the power, and toggles between modes. The ok button takes pictures/starts the video and selects your settings. The buttons on the side allow you to scroll the options. When you are recording a video, after a while the screen will turn black to save battery. You need to press the ok button once to turn the screen back on, and a second time to stop the video. That's important to remember when it's mounted to your head or has a clip on the back that blocks the view of the screen.

I first tried out the video in the default setting which is 4K with 30fps, but the video was pretty jumpy when running and jumping. I switched it to 720 at 240 fps. The video showed a little pixelated on my computer at first, but after viewing it on different devices it came out just fine. The video was smoother on a higher frame rate, so you may need to fiddle with the settings depending on the activity you're engaging in. The picture quality will decrease as your increase the frame rate, so you'll have to find your balance.

The audio isn't fantastic, so don't rely on that for interviews or whatever. It's best used primarily for the video features.
