I bought the Cuisinart roasting pan after I saw it recommended in Cook's magazine. So far, it has more than met my expectations. My favorite roasting bird is duck and the pan is spacious enough to accommodate three. The rack on which the birds rest is sturdy and high enough , so that the bottom of the birds are well clear of any basting juices and drippings. And cleanup of both the rack and pan is easy , although an overnight soak in warm soapy water might be necessary. Winter is approaching and I plan to use my roasting pan often.
