I bought 5 dimmer switches and two plugs for our vacation home. My first few months I couldn’t have been happier and bought a bunch for our other home. Things started to unravel as the first update I did, disabled my ability to adjust on & off of the scheduling remotely , which is a big part of using smart devices. By the 3rd update, they made setting schedules even less user friendly ….if that’s even possible. If you want to basically turn a light off and on with your phone, you won’t be disappointed, otherwise there are much better options from competitors in my opinion. Trying to move through the over complicated steps to set up a schedule is bad enough but then it’s error after error. The best is setting exterior lights to come on at 7 pm and off at 6am….error message says I’ve set light to go off before time set for lights to go on….what? I don’t need then on in daylight , so of course it goes off the following morning, but nope.
