The product description clearly states that this will weight in 1g increments up to 22lbs, but this just isn't true. It fails to record anything before 10g and (as other reviews have noted) if you add ingredients slowly it doesn't register at all! On contacting customer service they stated that "This is pretty normal for this scale, and any scale that is not meant for micro measurements. It will not measure small amounts, 5-10g or less, depending on the scale. I would suggest going with teaspoon measurements or adding a micro scale to your set of kitchen tools." Ummm no. If your product description says it measures in 1g increments then THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THAT MEANS. The only remedy open to me apparently is to return AT MY OWN COST for store credit, when I NEVER would have bought this if I didn't believe it could measure in 1g increments as stated. To say I'm disappointed in your customer service is an understatement. I won't be shopping with you ever again, and will be telling all my baking friends to avoid as well. Seriously disappointed King Arthur.
