Zales Mother's Journey Birthstone Pendant with 2-7 Stones

So disappointed and customer support was worse I asked for this necklace for our anniversary to represent our family. What was pictured and what arrived were very different. The aquamarine has nearly no pigmentation and the sapphires are much darker than expected. I understand that stones vary but then the pictures on the website should be more realistic. When I requested the stones be replaced to be similar to what what expected I was told even if stones were replaced it would look the same, it could not be returned due to it being custom, and then one email said I could take it to a local store and get a quote for stone replacement cost with no guarantee they would be better or different. This whole experience makes me mad. This should have been such a beautiful thing and unrealistic representation of what zales is apparently capable of is beyond disappointing. I will still love that it is my family in birthstones but the poor customer service and companies inability to put a better picture of what they actually make is not acceptable. Be careful what you order because it may look very different.
