Bearaby Tree Napper Weighted Blanket

Both my husband and I have suffered from insomnia for years and have tried nearly everything available on the market, including a weighted eye mask and more traditional blanket. Yet I still sleep incredibly restlessly, awaking frequently throughout the night. I admit I was intrigued but skeptical when I first came across this company, so I put the tree napper on my wishlist where it remained for about 6 months before finally receiving one for my birthday. From the first night I used it, I’ve been absolutely blown away!!! I slept straight through from 11pm - 4am; that NEVER EVER happens for me!!!! I then went through my usual routine, got back into bed and slept another 3 hours or so! It was so deep and restful even my husband noticed! Suffice to say, we now own two tree nappers! And I haven’t gone a single night without mine since then either. Additionally I love the way this blanket is made! We sleep with multiple animals (two cats & a large dog) in bed with us and normally I avoid knit fabrics because they don’t hold up. But this blanket is in a pet friendly category of it’s own; a stray paw or claw cannot damage the material, or rather if one does happen to snag and “pick up” a stitch, you can just pop it back down into place, NBD. We’ve started to think of this “blanket” as being more “net” like, and there’s something deeply satisfying and therapeutic about the action of pushing your fingers (and toes!) into the spaces between stitches. The fact that it is machine washable & dry-able as well is incredible! It’s so very rare that I come across a product as equally beautiful, practical and functional, as this one is. This will be a staple in my life going forward.
