Uhome 30 Pints White Dehumidifier

I bought this dehumidifier in the last 2 weeks. It has been working great, but draining into the water collection drawer, not the drain tube. After checking the internet about this product, many people have had the same problem. The fix was that I leaned it at a slight angle (towards the back) so that the water would get to the drain tube apparatus first (have no clue what the inside looks like!). It has been draining through the tube since. It is way quieter than my last dehumidifier and working well. I had sent an email to the manufacturer with the initial issue, but they said to reach out to the sales company. I figured it out in the meantime. One star less due to poor company response and I didn't feel HD would be able to help. I will update this review if things change.
