Signature Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This year’s Signature extra virgin olive oil is a special mono-varietal bottling of oil only from Columella olives. Columella olives tend to produce a particularly buttery, smooth, mild, & fruity olive oil. This year’s harvest of these olives was picked and milled very late in the season to maximize the sweet & subtle notes of the fruit.
