Flamingo Estate Olive Oil has become my daily salad essential. Its vibrant green color and herbaceous aroma signal premium quality from the first pour. What impresses me most is the perfectly balanced flavor profile—offering that distinctive peppery finish without overwhelming delicate ingredients. It enhances everything from peppery arugula to mild butter lettuce with a luxurious mouthfeel. Though premium-priced, its exceptional quality and sustainable production methods make it worth the investment. A little goes a long way, transforming everyday salads into something special.
