Backing of picture was cracked/broken severely but picture itself was ok. Also the frame was not cut even on each side so entire picture was not even. Was warped. I took pics per their policy and sent them to them and CLEARLY requested another one be made and shipped or refund my money and send a label and I will return. Their response was unprofessional and an insult. They responded with quote “ Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for sharing the photos. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. After reviewing the images, we can confirm that while the item does have a visible flaw, it still remains structurally usable. As a resolution, we’d like to offer you a 20% partial refund for the inconvenience. This way, you can still make use of the item without the need to return it.†I told them, I did not buy a custom picture at a scratch and dent shop. This was made to order and should be perfect. Only after threatening to file fraud charges with my cc company dis they agree to re ship. Will never use this company again due to this poor customer service experience. There are to many other companies out there to choose from!
