It looks great overall. \n\nOnly issues were they didn't do the full inscription I asked for. As it turns out, this wasn't a problem as what was there was OK -- but it would have been nice to have been contacted about that. \n\nAlso, the heart doesn't fully line up when you close it. It needs to be held in place to line up properly, which isn't ideal.
