CanvasChamp Personalized Mothers Day Photo Pillow

I ordered a one-sided print with thicker fabric and HD print and am very dissatisfied. I immediately ordered another print from another shop. The print quality appears really good and the feel of the pillow is fine enough to sleep on, which is a great start, but there are a lot of bad marks for the price. Its extra thick durability is worthless as immediately a few threads fell out after the first wash. It does not last long, if at all, 1 star. It also does not come close to being as comfortable as a normal pillow case, so a normal pillow case is better for comfort. The inner pillow it comes with is way too big and way too full. It does not even fit inside the case without major struggles, and feels way too full to be comfortable to use. I ended up just using another one. But the one thing that makes me wish I could give 0 stars is how badly they botched up the order notes. They misunderstood my order notes completely and ended up making it worse than if they did it normally. (context: the picture was a tall portrait image of a character. It was rotated in the editor to fit on a wide rectangle pillow. The head was on the left side and the feet were on the right side). I asked them to "put the zipper on the right-hand side of the pillow (toward the feet)" so I can kinda hide the zipper when I prop up the pillow. Get this. They put the zipper on the bottom of the pillow, along the long side of the rectangle. When you prop it up, a long white thread runs all the way down the pillow. It is absurdly obnoxious, I cannot hide it when propped up, and it actually cuts into several details of the character. It seems like they thought it was supposed to be propped up first and then tried to follow the instructions to put the zipper on right side (despite me noting to put it "toward the feet", probably thinking to have the zipper START at the head and END at the feet, which is kinda ridiculous). The funniest thing about this is that even when you rotate it to prop it up, the zipper would be on the LEFT side of the pillow, not even on the RIGHT! They missed both clarifications to put it on the RIGHT side and TOWARD THE FEET. They paid 0 mind that it looked atrocious because they tried so hard to follow the instructions, which they misunderstood completely, and then also got it wrong anyway. 1 star for durability, and 0 Stars since customer service is ridiculously braindead.
