Terrible company

I will never EVER order from Kays again. It was a surprise Valentine’s Day gift for my wife, which she gave birth to our new born son 3 weeks ago. I mommy wife opened the gift and it was an empty BOX with a bow. We spoke with customer service 3 times and all they can say that we have a case number. How can a big corporate company like Kay let something like this happened. My wife was so excited and I felt embarrassed this happened to my wife. Now we have to wait 7-14 days to find out if we get a refund or a new order. Please don’t shop here don’t waste your money.
