Freja New York Caroline Vegan Leather Handbag

Wanted this bag for soooo long. My boyfriend bought it for me for Christmas and while the bag, size, and fit is beautiful and unique, it just is not practical. The opening is hard to open while wearing the bag I feel like I have to place it down to open it and actually get things in and out. Which was expected since it’s such a unique opening. However, a lot of the ads you see on IG never show the bag being opened completely they always start opening it then cut it to it already being opened or very popularly opened and folded in where the flap is tucked in. Which I think blocks the rest of the bag and is just overall impractical I feel. For the price point and it not being real leather I couldn’t justify keeping it and had to return it. Would love to try out the totes one day as I have yet to see another tote from another brand that is the smallest possible size for a laptop and one that fits my small 5’0 frame. Overall, had my boyfriend told me he was ordering me this bag I would’ve advised against it due to the $15 restocking fee when returning it as I couldn’t find full videos online of it being opened and used without any cuts or edits to the video. More transparency regarding the mechanics of the purse would be appreciated
