First, this mug is hilarious, high quality, and everything I hoped it would be. It was absolutely the perfect housewarming/birthday gift and it's already getting use. But I wish there was a sixth star I could give to Natalya's amazing service and care. Even though the delivery was totally out of her control, she was so diligent in keeping up with it and her care and attention was so appreciated. Cannot recommend this shop enough.
