We bought this for a trip and on the first use, there are clear indentations and cracks. A little disappointing for a suitcase. I'd like to think it's bad luck and bad handling by airport personnel however this is our first time using it so I would expect luggage to be able to withstand some rough handling by airports as a checked bag. I won't be buying this suitcase again and will be looking for a replacement already. If you're looking for a suitcase that'll survive a few trips at a cheap price, this is it.
