Hestan Provisions Classic Roaster with Rack

I used this roaster for the first time yesterday. It accommodated our 18 pound Thanksgiving turkey. The rack is sturdy and fits the pan well. Our stuffed turkey was secure. The handles are large and upright. My hand with oven mitt fit easily. It fit in my oven with room to spare. I was able to pour the drippings out easily because of the rolled rims. I made gravy on top of my electric stove in the roaster. It did not warp or bend. It lay flat over 2 burners. It was easy to incorporate all the flavors from the roasting pan! Clean up was easy. I washed the rack in my dishwasher and the roasting pan by hand. This is the best roasting pan I have used in my 40 plus years of cooking for my family.
