I'm obsessed with the nano-bond series and felt that Hestan is a brand I can trust so I bought this medium sized roaster at a very reasonable price and it delivered like all Hestan products. I tied two ducks together and balanced them the "wrong" way so-to-speak, and added all the extras and the herbs in the bottom, underneath the birds. They cooked for 5 hours at a very low temp. and they came out crisp and juicy and the pan cleaned off like it was nothing. I am very pleased with this roaster, I can highly recommend it. Hestan did it again! amazing products, amazing quality, amazingly fast shipping, and amazing customer service. Hestan is a white glove kind of experience. I highly recommend their product.
