The Tomato Chocolate Bar

Just because I HAD to try this friggin flavor out, I could not have been more disappointed. The thing that I love about tomatoes is the brightness - the sparkle. Even the bitter little seeds would have been a fun addition. This is, however, not that whatsoever. This is a stodgy pile of teeth-squeaking instant tomato soup powder stirred into cloying white chocolate. Like, the powder is still perceivable, this is not a smooth chocolate. I am bummed to the high heavens; I bought a ton of these to give for cheeky gifts. How dare I assume that Compartes wouldn't have dropped such a hideous flop. If you LOVE eating spoonfuls of powdered instant tomato soup and wish it were significantly more cloying, then you'll love this. However, if you love the bright acidity of fresh tomato, you'll have to keep daydreaming. Big big barf.
