Personalized Heart Photo Necklace

I’ve seen countless videos about this company and was excited to order keychains. Out of the five keychains ordered, only one was of decent quality, one was barely passable, and three were awful. I’m disappointed in the wasted time and money since it took a long time for them to even arrive. Two keychains had the same photo, but one of the keychains that arrived was centered (but blurry) while the other had someone cut off with a clearer photo; same photo, same kind of keychain, just ordered a quantity of two and didn’t upload a second photo to explain the poor quality. Then, with two other keychains, I again had the same photo and one photo was super blurry while the other was perfect minus a massive black line through my grandfather’s face (absolutely was not in the photo). Highly disappointed and will have to find alternate Christmas gifts because these are not acceptable quality to give to family.
