This year I decided to indulge in chocolate truffles so I've been sampling a wide variety from local Cincinnati chocolate makers to the big international luxury brands, you know the ones. Compartes truffles are the hands-down winner. I was introduced to Compartes when I did a google search for artisan truffles. They may be the most beautiful ones I have ever seen (I am an architect and artist). And they are absolutely the tastiest with the most imaginative variety of flavors. After a friend gave me a small gift of chocolate truffles for my birthday I realized chocolate truffles are the perfect gift for almost everybody, especially for people who are difficult to give to. If you really want to impress someone, give them Compartes. I only made one mistake with my order. I didn't get any for me. I'm fixing that with my next order.
