Lake Champlain Chocolates Gourmet Fair Trade Hot Chocolate Mix Sampler

I bought the traditional, dark and mocha hot chocolate mixes. I would give all of them 4 stars. They are very expensive, and the additional cost of shipping makes them more so, so 4 stars. I Iiked all the mixes a great deal. Very tasty. I am a mocha devotee, so I especially liked the mocha hot chocolate mix. I actually mixed it with ricotta cheese to make a kind of mocha chocolate cream cheesy spread which I found quite delightful. I think next time I may also mix chopped walnuts or hazelnuts into it. That would be much healthier than something like Nutella. I have a feeling that used with a baked ricotta recipe including eggs, it would make a very good mocha chocolate pie or tart filling. I intend to try the other chocolate mixes with ricotta cheese also to see if they produce a good chocolate spread.
