Personalized Birthstone Necklace

Purchased this necklace piece for a Mother’s Day set, item quality did not hold past 60 days and fell apart. Understanding this was not the most expensive piece on the market, it also wasn’t the cheapest. I paid around $45 for this necklace and thought it would be decent quality to at least stay in tact. You can purchase this same kind of item (and quality) throughout Etsy or elsewhere for around $20-$25 rather than the $45 version being sold here. I did breach out to the shop owner Erin, who did not want to help for any items past 30 days. It was suggested I bring this item to a jeweler to fix at my expense. Certainly not worth the money or time. \n\nOverall, I’m unsatisfied with the item quality and the shops response to my concern. Would not recommend this shop to anyone seeking jewelry to be used more than a handful or times.
