Click on any item in sumayo :D 's wishlist to see purchase options. Items can be marked as purchased to avoid duplicates, and sumayo :D  will be notified when gifts are purchased.

Yes! Purchased items are marked so you can avoid buying duplicates. The wishlist owner won't see who purchased what until after the occasion.
